Marianna Domnikova

Marianna Domnikova a classically trained pianist and composer. She was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, to a musical family. Marianna began her musical studies at the age of seven. She holds degrees from Mussorgsky College of Music and Saint Petersburg State Conservatory under the tutelage of Professors Ekaterina Sharkova and Eduard Bazanov.

Since 2006, Marianna has performed extensively in Russia and Europe in venues including Large and Small Halls of Saint Petersburg Philharmonia, Mariinsky Theatre, Bunkamura Tokyo, Festspielhaus

Baden-Baden and London Coliseum. Marianna is a soloist at the orchestra of the Mikhailovsky Theatre of Opera and Ballet, and a guest soloist at the orchestra of the Mariinsky Theatre.  As a pianist, she is in a high demand at various National and International competitions and festivals such as “Palaces of the St. Petersburg”, “Stars of the white nights”, and “Marathon of the piano duets”. Marianna tours actively throughout Russia,  Europe, and Great Britain.

Marianna possesses an extensive experience and knowledge in teaching students of different agesand levels. She is constantly engaged in modern educational trends and advanced trainings, as well as masterclasses.

She enjoyes devoting her spare time to reading books, travelling, taking walks, riding a bike, and working on a landscape design at her country house.
